Hi Bloggers,
I am now on activity 34.
For this activity we had to make a one perspective image.
This activity is kind of similar to the activity we had done in the past called Te Tirohanga Putahi.
Well Here is my picture......
Sorry if the picture is not clear enough.
Make sure to give me some feedback.
Thank you
Kia Ora

It is me Quein again a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. It is fantastic to see that you have completed the one perspective task, it is so Great to see you enaginging with the SLJ. I think it was very creative of you to draw a room, I really liked the stairs, the lights and I think it is great there is a huge window to let in the sunshine.
One of the main things with one point perspective is that it has a vanishing point so I think if the artwork at the end of the room could be used as your vanishing point. We really enjoy seeing your creativity, imagination and the tremendous amount of effort you put into your blog posts.
Interesting fact is that it was Filippo Brunelleschi an Italian architect in the 1400s that explored one point perspectives. What advice would you give your fellow bloggers who would like to give this a go?
Keep up the Super work we look forward to your next blog post!!!
Have a Super Summer!!!
Ngā mihi,

Hi Quein,
DeleteYes I really do like drawing perspective images, especially one perspective images. My advice I would give is don't give up and if you think you can't do it always remember that if you can believe you can, it means your already halfway there.

Kia ora Khadija,
ReplyDeleteGreat work completing the point perspective art activity. You are right, it is very similar to Te Tirohanga Pūtahi, which is the Te Reo Māori version of the activity. Did you enjoy completing these activities and being creative?
Can you explain your image a bit more? I can see a room in a house that looks narrower at the end due to the awesome perspective artwork, is that correct?
I’m looking forward to seeing your next creative work!
Ngā mihi,
Lauren
Kia Ora Lauren,
DeleteYes I really did enjoy doing this activity.
Sorry if it didn't look that clear but yes it is a room and it is narrow at the back but that's the main part of the perspective image.
Thank you
